Key Features

• Very fast test times – even very large backplanes can be tested in under 1 minute (we utilise up to 72 processors and measurement circuits in parallel).
• Handles boards up to 1.4m x 650mm in size  - and even larger with special fixturing.
• Up to 50,000 test points - single sided or double sided backplanes
• Continuity < 5 ohms, Isolation > 20Mohms
• 4 wire Kelvin & 6 wire guarded measurements of analogue components
• No need for transfer probes - fixture cost drastically reduced and contact reliability increased for mid-plane testing by having the test electronics split between the upper and lower halves of the machine.
