- State of the art manufacturing processes - and staff with many, many years fixture building experience to deliver high performance, production durable fixtures giving reliable long term service – not just the day they are delivered
- Precision spring-loaded tooling pins – unless the backplane is located accurately on the fixture, reliable testing will never be achieved. Our tooling pins simply cannot be bent in service!
- Precision alignment between upper and lower fixtures – by using massive precision linear bearings we ensure that the two halves of the fixture line up precisely – year after year.
- Pre-alignment tooling posts – these are fitted top every fixture we make to ensure that the operator locates the backplane over the precision tooling pins with the minimum amount of sideways “scrub”, thereby protecting the backplane from damage.
- Purpose made spring probes – using standard ICT spring probes is no longer a realistic option for contacting today’s fine pitch connectors. We have developed our own custom range dedicated to the task of making reliable contact.
- Purpose designed mating connectors – many modern fine pitch connectors simply cannot be contacted by spring probes
- Purpose made Spring-loaded ejectors – required to reliably eject backplanes off mating connectors.
